Have nothing nice to say about this ... but here goes ... this is a sleaze bag law firm that does collections.  They do not play by the "fair" collection act.  They have been reported to the bar over their tactics.  In short don't waste your time, don't talk to them because they're not worth it.  Just remember just because a collection agency or a dirt bag law firm calls you about some supposed money you may or may not owe someone doesn't necessary mean you have to talk to them.  You are not obligated to talk to them at all!  You can simply tell them where to go and deal with the suppose debt with the original creditor.  Despite what they say.
