somebody calls me and told me that i have viruses in my computer and they put some bogus securities in my computer,they charge me 500$ and take my personal and credit card information,so i am scamed by the avangate,i want my money back in my account,i dont want this bogus securities so iwant my refund in my account through which i have paid.

Call your bank or credit card company and dispute the charge as fraud.  Then run virus and malware scans on the computer!!

No one here can get a refund for you.
