Scammer/Telemarketer/Thief/Crook/Liar/Fraudster/Con(wo)man (card services) again touting the lower your credit card interest rate scam. CID showed "OUT OF AREA"

Woman's voice recording stating that a credit card center has been monitoring my mastercard and visa card activity over the last 6 months and based on my history can offer a zero percent credit card.  SCAM!   Blocked the number.

call from ZAP ND. left no message. BLOCK after reading comments listed here.
