this number is from QTEL a phone company that claims to be with verizon and says they will lower your rate starting next month without really disclosing the full detail. They will talk to you into thinking they work with verizon but verizon claims they don't know QTEL. EITHER WAY THEY KEEP CALLING NONSTOP. IT'S RIDICULOUS. Don't say anything within the lines of 'yes' because they have that [***] recorded and they will cut and paste out the recordings.
These jerks keep calling me. I keep blocking their number and they call back from different numbers. Line says Qtel which is some rinky dink phone company trying for my business. I have told them many times to stop calling, we are on do not call list, you would think a company in the phone business would know that and respect that.
