They call from a busy call center (you can hear everyone in the background talking) asking to update information on your business and then go into this sales pitch about boosting your website ranking. I think she said the company name was Web X or Index very difficult to understand.
Chelsea called for the "business owner". Asked me if I was the owner. I told her I was not. She said it was about a business proposal and could only speak with the business owner. She said if I didn't let her talk to "her", she would call back. Chelsea did call back...one minute later. She still didn't get talk to the owner.
