This number called my cell phone a man named Carl asked for all kinds of personal information and said it was for the ObamaCare AFC marketplace enrollment and it was against the law for me to hang up. So I hung up!

Called for second day in a row so far this week (does not include previous weeks)... some man named "Carl". This is an unwanted call, and it is not a government number when randomly calling and asking for personal information,which I do not provide. My number is PRIVATE, UNLISTED, UNPUBLISHED and also has NOT been provided to ANYONE for any reason. Calls have been reported to the appropriate authorities, as they have been asked very politely to not call my phone, yet he persists.
If this number is an official call from the "government" why would they call me constantly and not leave a voicemail when I do not answer. Must not be very important! I do not answer calls when I do not know the number I figure if they need me to call them back they will leave a voicemail. No voicemail, no callback. Sorry. So annoying! I am so sick of these scammer people getting a hold of my CELL phone#. What the hell?!?
