The man named Carl asked for all kinds of personal information when I expressed I have insurance he express that it was against the law not to have signed up with the ObamaCare AFC marketplace enrollment process and that he could not take me off the call list - I hung up! Now 4 times plus the phone rings and it's this number. How do I get this to stop!
