Do NOT do business with them. They clean your chimney rather inexpensively, then they tell you something is terribly wrong with this or that part and needs to be fixed right away at HIGH cost. And once you're on their list they never stop calling you. Even when you request that they stop.
Regret doing business with them -- they have been nothing but trouble
once again. i don't have a fireplace and if i did i wouldn't use a cold caller w/no recommendations. i have
reported him to ftc and atty gen of comm of va. he has nothing better to do. has called many, many times
and have never answered.
I used them for several years, then they started to make false claims, citing discounted rates, but then not delivering. The person on the phone I spoke with was INCREDIBLY rude, when I called to complain. I wrote them a letter telling them I could not do business with them any longer, They continue to call me incessantly. I'm sorry now that I EVER did business with them and would advise others not to go in for any kind of business with Woodturners Chimney sweep. Bad way to do business.
