NCC Business SE is using yet another number, this time from Woodbridge, VA. ..703-398-1497. These debt collectors use a vanxiety of numbers.  From what numerous others have posted, they seem to be going after people who owe apartment rent and are working cold cases, resulting in bi the ring anyone with name similar to the one they are trying to find.  I haven't rented in 40 years.
