Was very polite. Called about matching me up with a job, wanting to verify some personal information. I have been applying directly to specific jobs, but I have not signed up or given permission for any job matching services to contact me. I'm not sure how they got my number but this may be an attempt at phishing so I was not about to verify personal information with a service I did not sign up for from a number I didn't recognize.
Caller is a regular offender. Calls but never leaves a message. I do not answer calls from people that are not in my contact list. If the call is important the caller leaves a message and I return the call. I've blocked this caller and filed a complaint with DNC. No more nuisance calls. Thanks Mr Number for blocking this pain in the [***].
This is just a robo-calling scam-fraudster calling on a tie-line with a number rented from Verizon In Washington, VA. This is Scam central for the issuance of numbers to telemarketers and other mad dogs engaging in telephone frauds. Blocked!

Call today asking pretty much the same questions about jobs. If the call was about a specific job I had applied for, the caller would have started with 'Mr. XXX I am calling about the XXX position you have applied for' Let the person blab on and waste her time.
