Caller identified himself as Steve from Cox Communications. He knew my first name, and he stated that I needed to call back on this number regarding account issues. I checked with Cox via email support, and they stated that they do not use this number. Probable scam call. Caller ID number matched number left on voice mail, and caller id also stated "Springfield, VA".
