Basically same call as everyone else on the post. I would suggest you keep them on the phone for a few minutes then introduce yourself as Joe blow from the FBI fraud identification unit, tell them you have tracked their call, you have a GPS lock on their location, and the sheriff will be there in 45 minutes or less.  Let them worry about that for awhile.

I too live in Montreal Quebec and received the same scary phone call.... I pay enough tax to Canada and to Quebec without worrying about the U.S.

As soon as he said he was IRS, I interrupted and told him, "kiss my [***], you ignorant [***]" and hung up

I have got this call twice in the last week  same guy "Jason oconner" with the "IRS"! Irs does not call u they send a certified mail. I different number called me last month. The IRS phone callers are scammers!
