Caller ID showed as V9130923160000 and the phone number that called was 703-544-3981. I was on the other line when they called so I couldn't answer - they left no message. When I used *69 and called the # back on locked-line; the message said the number I have dialed is not a working number.

Same Phone # called again today at 12:10pm - only THIS TIME - the Caller ID showed Sterling, VA. A City about 30 minutes away. They're thinkin they're slick - but they're NOT!
