This number called my cell on 7/28/08.  Did not leave voice message.  Has not called back.  Today is 9/11/08.

This number is that PCW police department

I believe it's the police calling for charity reasons.

I got a call from this number on 11/30/09 at 8:30 a.m. I do have an application in at Prince William County. I did apply for some Social Services as well. When I called back, I was told that this was a number that was not in service. I called the numbers that I had to follow-up on the applications and called it a day.

I received a knock on my front door and it was Prince Wm Co Police. They said they received a 9-1-1 hang up.  I was the only one home& had not made the call .  Apparently, if one has a weak/clitch in the phone line, they can be called directly.
