If you do answer, hesitation then they hang up.

They suck at this number

Hesitated/fumbled then asked for me by name. After saying Yes, they hung-up. Could hear other voices in the background.

Got a call from this number -- long pause -- then connected; background noise but no one ever spoke; line disconnected after several "Bonjours" on my part.

Received a call at 6:55 pm from this number.  Said "hello" a few times, no one said anything.  You could hear them breathing.  Then they hung up.  Tried calling back several times and as soon as they answer the telephone, they hang up.  Sent a text message to them....what a bunch of losers!!!  I guess they forgot about caller ID..lol
