Repeated multiple calls from this number. Only silence when phone is answered unless you say something. That apparently starts an automated message. I called the number and was advised to press "1" to be removed from their calling list.
This is a Robo call push poll for Rubio. While political "poll" calling is exempted from do not call registry, surely harrassing phone calls are not exempt?! The robot does not give any options other than to accept the call, over and over again. If you go through the whole survey, you will lose twenty minutes of your life, and STILL not be given an option to stop the calls. So while there is ostensibly no intent to harrass, I say, if it walks like a duck... it's a harrassing call.
Enough people are bothered by this that it should be possible to take legal action against the caller, if not Rubio's campaign directly.
Here's more information on this particular call campaign:

Your political bias is showing. Ariel is not the only poster on this site who has said this robo call is from the Republican party. At least two others posters have said it is the Rubio campaign. There is no need for you to be so rude to another poster.
Robopoll ahead of Super Tuesday. I live in VA. The way it's worded makes me think it's a push-poll for Rubio. Kinda funny because I plan to vote Democratic. If I did vote Republican I'd vote Trump just to play with the jerks.
