Another robo-caller on a tie-line selling disability insurance. Unquestionable fraud. Blocked.

This is a spoofed number, pirated from a block of numbers actually assigned to Davison Army Airfield at Fort Belvoir, VA. The aviation detachment there runs a helicopter taxi service for generals quartered at Fort Belvoir, primarily to the Pentagon. The pirates have robo-called on nearly every number in the (703) 664-12xx block. They are also profoundly demented, as all of the numbers have been blocked long ago, but these cretins persist in repeated calling.

Calls constantly...asks if they can be heard.
