They called me this morning and the caller id said "CUST SRVC." I almost answered it because I thought it was a company calling me about an appliance purchase. They only rang 4 times, so then I knew it was some kind of scam.
Caller ID said, CUST SRVC. I answered and he and asked for my wife by name. I told him she was at work, can I take a mes... --cuts me off-- "we'll try back later" <CLICK>
my call same as all others......................
I am a firm believer that the phone companies; Verizon, comcast, etc. should be held responsible as they are the ones letting this crap happen and they should be fined thousands of dollars and make it payable to all their customers that have to put up with this scamming! What say you?
