Nothing but pure unadulterated SCUM! Call from Unknown Name. I picked up the phone, did not say hello and all I had was silence. Finally hung up. I do not know anyone or have business in the 703 area code. According to a few post above this is allegedly a survey? If it is a survey whay is caller ID Unknown? The answer is easy.... he/she/it is a SCUMBAG! Death to the SCUMBAGS.
The caller ask for my husband with his full name, but he did not say his, all he said he will call later;
since I told him my husband was not home.

I never answer the phone unless the caller ID is familiar. Screw all the people and organizations calling who never leave a message. I also keep the ringers on "off." If they really want to talk they'll leave a message. The telephone has turned into an advertising tool that I abhor.
If any of these Pro Life Surveys are actual, they have to have a correct number in which to call, surveys MUST have a correct number in which to call back to if they are actual. Too many false surveys are conducted under crap numbers. And yes this Virginia number is bogus.
