I got the same call and the woman - who had a very thick Indian accent - left a message telling me she was from the IRS and there was an affidavit with my name on it. I would be arrested if I didn't call back immediately. I decided to call the # back. A man - again, with a very thick Indian accent - answered and gave an American name of Michael. He wanted my name and phone # so he could look up my "case". I refused, asked why I was being called as I do NOT owe back taxes and he said he MUST have my name so he can find out why. Again, I refused, asked who he was and then he hung up on me mid sentence. DEFINITELY confirmed as a SCAM. Please, NEVER give your personal info out over the phone when someone calls YOU!!!
