I've been getting calls from this number recently too. I have not answered and they have not left any messages. If its like the other calls I get from "704" area code, probably a policeman or fireman assistance program. These programs are mostly a scam as the majority of the donations end up paying salaries and expenses rather than going to the cause they promote.
