A few days ago, I bought a new computer and tried to load Microsoft office and it was not working.
On the Microsoft page,  there was a message to call 888-511-2732.  I called the number and the guy convinced me that all our computers had been hacked via our network and that we needed help.
He told me it would be $399 for a time fix, and another $399 for a lifetime service.

Next day, I realized I had been scammed and called my credit card company to lodge a complaint. They called Capstone to inform them that the charges needed to be reversed.
The customer representative of my credit card told me she would call me back in 7 days. If the charges are not reversed she would place a 3-way phone call to them to enforce the reversal of charges.

Since then, they have been calling me under different numbers, including this one and leaving messages asking for more information. I refuse to talk to them until I am on the phone with them on a 3-way phone call.

I wish there were the word SCAM in the call type, because that's what it is.
