Keeps calling but no one speaks when I answer.  can't leave message to have them stop calling

Can not even block the call! I tried and they are still getting through!

Telemarketer calling my cell despite having placed my cell on do not call list many months ago

American Red Cross for donations.  I had to put non-profit but telemarketer is closer to the truth

Calls multiple times a day. No voice mail . Very tired of this number.
