If "W" doesn't mind getting the calls, I'll put this number on call forwarding to him!
With all the pinging - there's no way authorities can trace these folks and shut them down.
I see it as annoyance more than scam since no one stays on the line - unless they've looking for an open number to use. When I've answered they've hung up - obviously my number is in use and they move on. Pains in the [***], they are. They are.

I just don't answer any #'s I don't know. I figure If I ignore them they will go away :-)
