Got a long call re: a contest I had entered (and won) at a motorcycle event (they knew my name, age, what kind of bike I have). $698 would do the trick, but being a senior, it eventually dropped to $498. Way too much info presented way too quickly. Since it was a one-time-only call I had to give my credit card info then (I didn't). Went from a nice script-reading lady to a hard-sell man. Since he had a reply to everything I said, I finally apologized for taking so much of their time and hung up.
