Do not give the person any information. Its a scam. Said they were a collection agency calling on behalf of Fit Labs Health Products. I told them I would call the company and they confirmed it was a scam. When I called the number back it was a fax machine.
They same # just called me a few minutes ago. They claimed they were a Collections Agency. They said I owed for a colon cleanse purchased in 2009 from Fit Labs. The only difference is I DID NOT order anything from them! They had my email and last 4 numbers of a card but it was not mine. They told me they were trying to help me. I asked them "How can you help me by making me pay for something I didn't order?" They refused to believe that I didn't order anything. I told them they could be anyone and scamming me for all knew. He said "I don't have to take this abuse "and I said "neither do I" and hung up.
I just received a call from some guy saying he was a collection agency and i didn't pay for a product in 2009, i asked why i hane't heard from them by mail and he stated he didn't know. I think it a big SCAM!!!
cancell that card Linda!!!! My bank called me after I ordered the "free" acai berry and urged me to cancel the card as the company will escallate the charges...ie, 40 then 80 then 160 etc.
they have called twice now and when i answer they hang up, when i call back its a fax machine. they are calling a goverment phone so i am going to report it to the IT people.
