I just got the same call about a debt I owed from a purchace in Aug 2009. They wanted me to authorize a payment today or they would be on my credit report as a refusal to pay. They would only tell it was from Advanced Fit Labs and a Colon Cleansing product. I did order this a Free trail and I only had to pay the shipping. They said they were from ABSF Collections and their number is 1-800-566-0794 ext 104. I called my credit card company and canceled my card.
For the last two weeks I also got numerous calls from 704-230-4142 when I called it back it wa a fax. Today I was able to answer the call and they said that I owed 80.00 for a purchase of Aci Berry back in july of 2009. I told them that I had cancelled the order due to misrepresentation. He said that I had accepted through my request any future charges.
He said that regardless they were going to report me to the Credit Bureau if I did not give him a credit card! I asked him for the phone number to Aci Berry and he could not provide it. I GAVE HIM NOTHING AND HUNG UP.
After thing about it I decided to report both of them to the Better Business Bureau, I called the 800 566 0794 number for ADSF Collections asking for the address the person got very interested and asked why. I told him that I was reporting his company and Aci Berry. He verified my phone number and told me that it would be taken care of. His name was Greg.
Sorry that this is so long but I am still reporting the companies. Just imagine that some people are probably giving out their information to avoid risking their Credit and ITS A SCAM!
This is originating from one of two companies, both are out of business and both have an F rating on BBB... how are they able to make any collections? The collection agency ADSF should be put out of business.

I just got a phone call from the same number an the woman I was talking to would not give me her name or number to her office.She insisted that I pay for something I know nothin about.She told me one or two things are going to happen either I pay the 80.00 or they will send the bill back to advanced fit labs health products and they will put it on my credit report.I told them this was a scam and when they send it back tell them to call me.
