Penny called me today, upon returning the call she stated that we had an outstanding AT&T bill which was subject to 3rd party collection. We have never done business with AT&T.
Some woman called from an unknown number and left this number as a callback number for Penny with no additional informtion. Needless to say...I didn't call back.
I receied a voicemail message Jan. 6, 2014. The message simply said to call Penny at 704-246-2463. When I called she did not identify her employer or give her last name. I had to ask for her employer's name. She said that she worked for AT&T and was calling about an unpaid bill. She said she would email the unpaid bill to me. I have not received it 24 hours later.
Given the unprofessional conduct of the caller, I do not plan to open any email from her. I will contact AT&T directly.
