This guy called and said that I was being recorded on a federally recorded line. I was told that I had committed federal deception because I had a cash advance and my bank did not allow for them to extract funds from my account. I was told that I was being sued or I could settle the debt by paying with a debit/credit card or by paying by western union. I could barely understand the guy because he had a thick accent. There was a lot of talking in the back ground and I am unsure if this is a scam or not. I have two cash advance loans but am up to date on them. What should I do?
Scam...caller in foreign accent with phone bank in back ground says he wants you to wire money or your SS# will be shut down....which can't be done, and also, you have a federal bank fraud case against you. Now don't you think if there was a problem with your bank they would let you know before it got this far???? He says he is from a Law office Genuity Solutions in North Carolina. There is an E-Genuity in No. Carolina which is an Electronic Co. no law office I can find. He asks for your SS# and ask for cell phone number all kinds of info DON'T give it! I called the LAW and reporeedt to the Atty General......
Also uses the phone number 282-726-2524....I looked up this number....look at the postings here!!!!!!
It is a scam do not pay! They have called my daughter several time wanting double the amount they said she borrowed. The only problem she do not have a pay day loan. I called him back and told him to stop harrassing my daughter and he told me he want to F- - - K me. NOW THAT IS CRAZY!

This company has called my work several dozen times and are harassing me and my superiors. These guys are causing problems for me at work, and I have had our security people talk to them. They will not stop. Who do I file these against??
