just got one... no message,,, when i call back i get a fast busy signal... spooky

I have been called by this number for months now .. so today  i pressed 1 and a lady answered and i told her i have received many calls from this number and she hung the phone up so fast that i was in shock i called back and i got a voice mail that says Buenos in a males voice ..ive called back many times and its the same thing over and over

This number keeps calling me!!

This number is calling from Charlotte north Carolina and it called today at 10:36 this morning. I did not answer and they leave no voice mail.
