Call generated by a real person but used a lot of the robo call scripts such as, "Can you hear me okay?" which I've been told is necessary so they can record your voice saying, "Yes."
Being bombarded with these calls!! I block one number and they call from another - they say its some government grant - right!!!. I have asked them to take me off their list and yet the calls persist.
