i have also been receiving calls from this number as well as 5 others, all coming from the same area. I have phoned and reported to local r.c.m.p., they informed me that they have gotten many calls about these numbers and that they are scammers. They aren't sure how theyes are getting our phone numbers since most of the complainants are cell owners, but most likely it happens when we use the number online to fill out for surveys or offers, even legit looking ones, also if your number is listed on or linked to your facebook account.

They said they were from clearing house and I was entered into a draw for 25000
They needed the year I was born for the correct draw entry
They asked which credit card I prefer (when I said none, she told me which card I use!!!???)
I cornered her on it and she said nothing, just dead air, I told her not to call back
i just recieved the exact same call but i got put throught to the supervisor and was told i could instead have a 100 dollar petro gas card and two paid flight tickets for the flight provider. Also surprising is that they had my info like you said, and i have no idea where all that would be i dont remember even putting that kind of info into my cards. Anyways when i said no sorry have to go to work the lady sounded like i had break her heart by hanging up.
