i just received from said number as well. traced call to North Carolina and then found this site with all your comments. wouldnt leave message and was specific that they spoke to me and wouldnt leave message with my husband. definately scam.
got the call - took about 35 seconds for someone to come on the line - tons of voices chatter in back ground sounded oriental. I hung up. Question for everyone here this was on my cell phone - is anyone have Rogers for provider - thing is I dont give this number out.
I don't have anything to do with anyone in North Carolina with area code 704. It look suspcious to me when I received calls from anyone in USA with #307-4981 ????? HOW did they know MY NEW NUMBER I just called Telus to changed to so NO MORE calls from strangers?? Switching to a new cell phone NUMBER DOES NOT help eliminate problems why?? how do people get to this new number just for a month or so???
