This caller identified himself as Scottie York who stated he was trying to raise funds for the Republican Party and President Trump for the upcoming elections. The caller ID showed Cleveland NC as the point of origin. Because I had made a donation to the Republican Party during the last election, he wanted me to triple my donation at this time over the phone. He was rude and obnoxious and talked over every word that I tried to express to him. If he truly is a fund raiser for the GOP and Donald Trump, his attitude was so rude that no one would want to give him any money. I asked him to remove me from the calling list and the mailing list. Perhaps he is a "closet" Democrat posing as a Republican trying to [***] Trump supporters. Well, he succeeded in that I asked him to remove me from the calling list. No one should have to put up with a rude person who talks over every word you try to express, especially when they are trying to get you to give them money. I don't give money over the phone and this may have been a scam call since when I tried to call back, it never connected.
Just received a call from this number. I looked it up and the comments I read on this page were enough to convince me that I don't want to answer if they call again.
