Look at your current usage for guidance. I never saved text messages until this problem came up. You can log on to T-Mobile and see your current usage for the month that has not been billed yet. If your saving any out going messages you will be able to identify what I am talking about. Until they update your accounts and numbers, you are still being double billed for all out going texts. Since the service center number was updated in my phone I have not had a disputable out going message. You can email me at
