call non stop dose not leave a message. Getting really of these type of calls

They have called repeatedly from this number at odd hours throughout the day and evening.  I have talked with them in two occasions and they are asking for my wife.  When I have talked with them, they will not leave a message and will only say they will call back.  Before I can tell them not to call back, they hang up.

I've received a few calls from this number, I did not pick up, they didn't leave a message.
