This is Aetna / Coventry health insurance calling because you have their insurance, and they want to schedule a free in-home health screening. It's a legit call since you have a business relationship with them, but it is also optional and their motives are a bit suspect in my opinion. I get annual checkups with my physician and don't think Aetna needs those details. So I will continue to block the call. Aetna already has all those details. They are included in the billing codes and the diagnosis which is provided as the reason for tests, etc are ordered. I too also used to get those calls. I told them I wasn't interested, yet they continued to call me. Then I answered the phone, told the girl to put me on their do not call list or else the next conversation we would be having would be in front of a Federal judge in a TCPA lawsuit. Haven't heard from them since.
