Called my friends phone looking for me. Knew my name and everything. We tried calling back and there has been no answer yet

Received a phone call from this number around 2:00 am, but didn't answer it in time.  I tried calling back but it went straight to a voicemail message saying that the voice-mailbox was full.  I tried texting to find out who it was, but apparently it's a land line.
