I just called the number 704-454-5524 because they call me 2-3x/day. A lady speaks to you in a recording saying that their phone number was hacked by someone internationally and they have been getting all kinds of calls complaining about it. She also apologized for any calls that we might be getting and said she had nothing to do with it. It has been reported by her, but she asked that we report this as well.
I've experienced the same with this crowd. Once, they claimed being associated with Panda, so I
wondered if they hacked into my security program. I, as well, think the operation originates from
somewhere in the east.
This number is listed on my phone when it rings. It always is a different person who barely speaks English. They claim to be from Panda Security warning me that there are problems with my computer system. They want to give me an account number so that when they call back, they will know it is me. Makes no sense. They really want me to get on my computer so they can get to it, but I insist that if they know me, they can send me an email. I have said I don't want any more phone calls; it does no good. Often there is no one on the phone when I answer it. The calls are now coming in at about a dozen a day.
Was getting calls from india who hacked panda security, they have called for months 7 to 12 times a day, I ve tried everything from the FBI to the Ftc, have asked to have my name removed from their robo call as I know they are a scam I have ten different numbers they were using, stopped answering them the they went to unidentified caller to personal call and out of the area. I changed my answering machine to the factory basic and so know they are using 704 454 5524 many times a day. at first I did answer there is no one there and the phone goes dead. I'm thinking this is their retaliation since I will not give the access to my computer. The last call I did take from the out of the area, was Indian sounding and he finally called me a Mother F***** and hung up so since because of business and elderly parents I can't change my number I'm stuck being hounded daily. Our phone company will not block personal and unidentified numbers have not tried this one yet. Very frustraring you would think after months they would just give up.

Ive gotten a call from this number 5+ x's a day. It says w. James cunning . CPA. I finally just answered and a lady said she was from panda, then hung up. The next guy claimed to be from some ministry. I told him to stop calling and I'm going to report him. He hung up. Lately I've gotten alot of calls from weird numbers saying their panda, all after I spoke work them on the phone when their product ruined my computer. I won't if they sell the numbers. Never had anything numbers call me like this and over the last 2 months I've gotten dozens and dozens!
