received a call from Ms.Jefferies that I need to return her call. Said she was with the processing division.(of what company?) Proceeded to let me know I have been formally notified and she would be seeking my home and work information for a possible garnishment or judgment. I am pissed at the attitude and domination she tried to imply on a voice mail. This call is from NC. I live in Texas thank gawd! Garnishments and judgments cannot be done without due process, which requires a formal, in person citation. Will see if it has anything to do with me or not at that time. Who are these people?
I received the same message from her. She said she was from the processing department of the BTA GROUP. NEVER HEARD OF THEM. Also said they were going to garnish my wages or have police serve me papers at my job. Very rude lady. I'm waiting and I live here in NC.
