Received multiple calls from 704-496-4318. They never leave a message. I returned the call and it says Thank you for all in Impact sales solution all customer service personal are busy please hold.
Received another call today at 9:02 a.m. and on DNC. Asked repeatedly to stop calling as they call at least twice daily. Third party vendor for C.O. I let calls go to vmm now, made complaint with C.O. first step as this has been going on for months and annoying.
If it really is the Charlotte Observer, I quit my Sunday only subscription at the end of November. I told them many times in December I was not interested and stop calling. If it is them, they stopped calling for a few weeks and are now starting again. I received a discount offer in the US mail last week.
But the joke is on them. The sales people know I quit but I am still getting the Sunday newspaper most weeks. I told the sales people this but they weren't interested, they told me to call customer service. Maybe I'll get around to doing that one of these days.........
They call all the time. Worst newspaper service ever. Had to call to get paper delivered 2 weeks after it should have started, then I got one, until I called to cancel. They refunded me $8 instead of $30 something.Then only $3 more. Now I get paper after I've cancelled multiple times.
