Who called from 7044980561

Call about debit card being blocked want you to give last 4numbers of SS and then put in your 14 digit debit card number...

I'm sorry 16 numbers on debit card!

Received the following text message at 1:58pm on 04-28-13:

((S m i-One)) Call (704)498-0561. Card:47865-5XXX-XXX I s s u e.

Called the number & it is an automated message stating that my debit card has been frozen due to security breach. Asking me to verify last (4) digits of SSN. I hung up. This is clearly a SCAM. I received the same text message yesterday with a different phone number. How can they get my number when I'm on the Do Not Call Registry? Also how can this be reported to the proper authorities or maybe even the FBI?

I just got the same thing.  I don't know who to report it to.  I'll call my bank tomorrow and report it to them.

Got the same text, twice yesterday, again today.  I didn't call it back though.  I'm very leery of these kind of calls, as I got scammed out of 300 dollars last year, thank goodness my bank refunded my money and prosecuted the jerks.  I hope these crooks get whats coming to them!
