In 3 days, I received 14 calls/hang-ups from 704-499-3389. I looked up the number on Google, and found the company & address. I have never heard of this company and have never had any interaction with them/it. Beginning on Monday, September 26, 2011, I began receiving calls from 704-499-3389. They would call and hang up (both if I answered or if they got my voicemail). After appx. 2 calls, I called the number and got an outgoing message that stated: "Thank you for calling our support and sales team. Unfortunately, there are no representatives available to take your call. After the tone, please state the product or service you are requesting assistance with." They did not mention the company name. I left a message with my phone # stating they had called me and I was returning their call. At this point, they had only called a couple of times. But, they continued to call and hang up, so I looked up the number on Google and found out the company name and address.
After 4 or 5 calls, I called them again and said that they were calling my house repeatedly and to NOT call my number again or I would report them. They still continued to call my house and hang up. I finally reported them to the Better Business Bureau. They never responded the BBB's inquiry. I finally had to block their number to keep them from calling me.
I was called 6 times between 10am and 3pm today and then called them back to see who they were. They said they were Health and Wellness Resources and were replying to a recent ad for Lipo Slim. Once I found out they were going to automatically charge my card almost $85 after a 14 day free trial period I cancelled out of the order process and thought that was that. Even after speaking to a salesperson today and asking to be taken off the call list she tried to get me to accept the free 14 day supply that still had $6.95 shipping and handling cost to pay. After I explained that the number that was auto-dialing me was a known nuisance caller, she said she would take me off the call list.
the number 704-499-3389 is continuously calling my number and not leaving a message. I have never heard of nor dealt with this company and it' getting very annoying especially when I have a pay per minute phone plan
