I believe this was the emergency room checking back on services rendered.
As a relative was out of state and visited an Emergency room in Charlotte.
Though the caller didn't leave a message. So I'm going to put this under Survey.
Other calls from this number could have been miss-dialed or spoofed.
Other folks getting 'services' could have given out wrong numbers.
This number called and a woman came on. They called to say it was time to book my annual physical and could they set up an appointment. I ended up hanging up before answering any of their questions.
so some idiot in Charlotte calls to schedule a appt to some one in California haha what a bunch of stupids this is so they can get your personal info gee i really can't believe how desperate this pieces of crap are to scam
I have UnitedHealthcare insurance. Around the first of each year, they remind us that we need to have an annual wellness visit. I long ago set up my visit for 2016. While my physician is part of the Carolinas Health System, my visit is already **in the system**. Thus, no _legitimate_ call should be made regarding this as my doctor is a local call, not a long-distance one as this calling number. This is the 2nd time "she" has called, leaving a call-back message earlier and no message this time. This **has** to be someone calling to see if she can get personal information out of me--OR--to set up a time for me to be away from home so someone can drop by to burgle my home. Don't fall for this call, folks. It is not from UnitedHealthcare.
