unknown call from this number

This number was on our caller I.D. as "Universal Circu" from 704-523-5908. When I called back the line was busy. Have no idea who this is. I Googled it, came across this site, and decided to leave a comment.

This place calls me everynight at least 4 times! I now answer the phone and make fart sounds until they hang up...they must like it cause they keep calling back
