Respect people's privacy and treat others how you want to be treated. If someone asks to not be called, don't call them. If someone says they are not going to pay, quit asking. Lastly, if you don't like what you're hearing, don't just hang up on the person.. since you know you'll eventually call them back. Kindly say "good bye" and honor your CUSTOMER'S request.
Solace Financial really needs to invest in customer service classes for their "customer service" reps, they are not as educated or well-mannered as they should be. Especially when they're attempting to collect $$$$.
There is this person that works there and i beleive part owner , the funny part is he is an owner/partner there and its a dept consolidation room , his first name is ROBERT , well ROBERT opened a vacation room in Daytona beach florida and it stayed open for about 2 months , then he closed it down one day , kept everyones paycheck and ripped all 15 employees off. Be sure to call them and ask them how can they call to collect money when there partner/manager/? ripped there own emplyees off .
