I just got a call from this number as well. The other day I got a call where a recorded voice says "Good-bye", but not this time.
Since they are playing a recorded message and these are automated calls, feel free to report them to the FTC. Any call from someone you don't know where they play a recorded message is against the law. You can report this and other robo-calls to the FTC at 1-888-392-1222. You don't have to be on the Federal Do-Not-Call list to report calls like this, but if you do register with the DNC you can report them ALL. Think charities and surveys can call you? How do you know they are legit and not some scam or telemarketer? Report all of them you are unsure of. Besides, honest charities and surveys should use the DNC list and NOT call people that don't want to get calls. They aren't required to, but if they cared about their customers they would. Or at least call and ask for permission. If they don't respect you, screw them. :-)
The caller from this number is David and the line is a cell phone . I had problems with this before and it cost a pretty penny to secured all my accounts . This person gets your number from facebook and it is just a crazy person . i say if you have this happen do what I'm going to do sue them !
