So far today, they have called at 08:21 & 12:08. They never leave a voicemail message.

I figured out what it is. It's Duke Energy doing a courtesy call. Try calling 866-832-3611 or Duke Energy customer service. The message that plays doesn't last long enough for VM to pick up.
