Who called from 7046029856

I started getting calls from this number a few days ago. All I did was answer and it hung up. And when I don't answer, it does the same; it rings for not even 10 seconds.

won't leave a message. called 5 times on 8-8-2013,  3 times on 8-7,

Do not call again... you are annoying me as I do not know you.

I got a call from this number, missed it b/c I was at work.  Not sure who it is.  Maybe wrong #

Has called at least five times in a row, called back thinking it might have been someone I knew calling from out of state the phone didn't  even ring when some man answered asking if I could hear him. Creep
