Have called 3 times in less than 30 minutes. Said something about serving papers before I hung up. Called back and said they must have dialed incorrectly. I have no loans.
These people call me all the time. I got scammed once. But I eventually caught on. Lost $500. But [***] they had all my info, down to my mom's phone number even my in laws. So of course I was trippin. But then I realized it's a scam. Stopped everything & they still keep calling from all sorts of numbers. Leave me alone.
States that my husband took out a payday loan of $500 And to avoid it going to court, we have to pay $1000 today. We know we never took this loan out. No matter how many times we have asked to be left alone, they keep calling. I want the calls to stop!!!!
The next time they call, let them know they are being recorded and you intend to have them traced and prosecuted for attempted extortion and wire fraud.
Calls started in March 2015 and won't stop. Finally spoke with a "human" named Joe Haney, said it was for an internet payday loan "that I took out in November 2010" which 100% did not happen (the man said "maybe you forgot about it" which didn't happen as I know exactly what I was doing the week that he said that this fictional loan was taken out and put in a bank account that hadn't been open in years prior to 2010). I recorded the call and let him know, and he got very rude the next time he called after I told him I knew it was a scam on a phantom loan. Told him I would call the attorney general to which he replied "oh I get to have lunch with him again?". Total professional scammer that told me I was a professional debtor that did not want to pay my bills. They even call the main number at my work even though I demanded that they stop. They also call my work desk and mobile #. I made a complaint with the CFPB on 9/18/15 and they sent them a letter to stop calling me, but it only switched from the man who was calling me personally back to a robot. The research I have done points to RG Financial (which also operates GBS Health and Financial Services), both LLCs as registered with the state of GA. The owner is Richard Gordon (RG) and it appears a part owner Constance Brown as she is listed on the GBS registration. Address is 5373 Riverdale Road, College Park, GA 30349 and both owners live in Douglasville, GA. Don't be suckered by these thieves, DO NOT BE SCARED AND FOR THE LOVE OF GOD DO NOT GIVE THEM A DIME, no one has ever shown up to serve me papers or anyone papers that has ever posted in 800notes or scamcallfighters.com. Ignore them. What a pain in the a$$. Oh, here they are calling my phone again for the second time in 10 minutes! These numbers operate on a switch so that they can not be tracked. As you can see I have done a lot of research, and filed complaints, but the calls keep coming. If you know you do not owe them money stand your ground, block them, ignore them, do not get yourself worked up about it. If you pay them they will know you are soft and come back for more money. I have read all of the horror stories. Don't be a scam victim. Put them on your reject call list. I damn sure know that I do not owe them a dime and I have excellent credit. I hope that this has helped someone out there, it is a plague, but don't fall into the trap! Just go on with your life and block them. They are not coming for you or going to hurt your credit. They just want easy money.
